Members of the 91ÌÒÉ« community including staff, faculty, students, administrators, and alumni were asked to participate in a facilitator training around how to discuss the values we hold as a community. This training included what we have done over the course of the year and what we hope to accomplish within the next few months.Ìý

We had overÌý40 91ÌÒÉ« community members come together to deeply discuss our personal and communal values.ÌýÌýThemes that emerged from the conversations includedÌýmoreÌýstudent voices, creating spaces for all,Ìýa physical representation of our values, a need to celebrate and convey many of 91ÌÒÉ« successes, and many more.ÌýThis was a great start to engage community members around the values of the 91ÌÒÉ« community.Ìý
