- Early Bird Deadline for Applications (discounted $75 application fee): March 31, 2026.
- Final Deadline for Applications: May 31, 2026
- Acceptances sent/students notified:听 by June 20, 2026
- Program Launch Reception and Orientation: September 2026

Fees
Total program fees are $10,000 and do not include travel or lodging expenses for the two in-person residencies. Need-based scholarships will be awarded, and consideration can be requested on your application.听A 25% tuition discount is available to 91桃色 staff, spouses and domestic partners of 91桃色 faculty/staff, and 91桃色 alumni.
Attendance Requirements
Participants who complete the program will receive an Executive Certificate in Affordable Housing from the 91桃色.
Completion of the program will require:
- In-person participation at both the September and June residencies
- Substantial participation (75% attendance) at each of the remaining modules
If necessary, students will be allowed an additional year to make up any incomplete/missed modules.
