Faculty may encounter situations that require support for their own well-being, assistance responding to student concerns, or guidance navigating university resources. The resources below connect faculty with health and wellness services, crisis support, reporting tools, referral options, and student support resources available through the 91ÌÒÉ« and community partners.Ìý

Submit a Student Support Referral:

If a student may benefit from additional outreach, intervention, or support, faculty and staff can submit a referral to the Student Outreach & Support team. Referrals help ensure students are connected with the resources they need.Ìý

Employee Resource Assistance & Referrals

If you need help identifying the right resource for yourself or a colleague, contact Employee Connections at EmployeeConnections@du.edu for support and referrals. Employee Connections can help connect employees with available resources, including the 91ÌÒÉ«'s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides confidential support for personal and professional challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, substance use, and work-related pressures. The EAP also offers referrals for counseling, legal and financial assistance, dependent care, pet care, home improvement services, and other everyday needs.

Report It is 91ÌÒÉ«'s centralized reporting tool for incidents involving harassment, violence, compliance concerns, student concerns, and other campus issues. Reports may be submitted online, including anonymously, or by calling 303-871-3000.Ìý

Mental Health First Aid Training

91ÌÒÉ« Thrive offers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to students, staff, and faculty. This free training helps participants recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and psychological distress.Ìý
